How Intimate Evenings Works
At Intimate Evenings, every detail is thoughtfully planned to create a seamless, private dining experience in the comfort of your home. From the first inquiry to the final goodnight, Rebecca and Chef Jemol work together to bring a warm, elevated, and stress-free atmosphere to your evening. Here’s what you can expect from start to finish.
Step 1
Inquiry and Date Check
You reach out with your preferred date, time, and location. Rebecca confirms availability and helps you choose the best package for your evening.
Step 2
Consultation and Preferences
Rebecca learns about your food preferences, dietary needs, and the mood you want to create. She guides you through options and helps set the tone for your experience.
Step 3
Custom Menu Design
Based on your preferences and package, Chef Jemol creates a fully customized menu. Rebecca reviews the menu with you, ensures it aligns with your vision, and finalizes all selections.
Step 4
Booking and Confirmation
Once everything is approved, a non-refundable deposit secures your date. Rebecca sends your confirmation, including the timeline, arrival details, and any add-ons.
Step 5
Behind-the-Scenes Preparation
Chef Jemol sources ingredients and handles all prep work. Rebecca manages the coordination to ensure smooth timing, planning, and setup for the evening.
Step 6
Day-of Experience
Chef Jemol handles all cooking, plating, and meal presentation in your home.
Rebecca is onsite throughout the entire evening, managing service, ambiance, timing, and every detail so you can relax and enjoy the experience without lifting a finger.
Step 7
Clean-Up and Closing
After your dinner is complete, Chef Jemol cleans the cooking area. Rebecca performs a final walkthrough to ensure everything is left in perfect condition.
Step 8
Leaving You to Enjoy Your Evening
Once everything is complete, Rebecca and Chef Jemol quietly wrap up and leave you and your partner or group to enjoy the rest of your night together—without interruption, clean-up, or anything left to do except relax.
